Quick Tip

Get your database details such as username, password, etc. for accessing phpMyAdmin or phpPGMyAdmin by clicking on “Manage” on your AppSpace widget and on the “Show Details” link located on the Database section of your Dashboard.

A: It takes about 3 to 5 minutes for an application to start up just after deployment. If after five minutes you still do not see your application, kindly check your deployment log for any errors. If you still need assistance, you may contact our support team, and we’ll assist you with your problem.
